Disposal Update 
 
The Board of Cantono notes Xploite plc's announcement of earlier today, 
and confirms that following the disposal of the entire issued share capital of 
Blue River Systems Limited to VBHG, a subsidiary of Xploite plc, announced on 27 
November 2008, the deferred consideration which was contractually due on 15 
March has not been received. Further, the Company has also not received monies 
outstanding relating to the completion Balance Sheet differential post the 
disposal of Blue River Systems Limited and other assets to VBHG, which was also 
contractually due on 15 March.
