Conister announces that it has issued and allotted 250,000 ordinary shares of
25p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company as a result of the exercise of
250,000 options over Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Employee Option Scheme.


Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM and
it is expected for trading in the new Ordinary Shares to commence at 8.00am on
10 July 2006.


The new Ordinary Shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing
Ordinary Shares in issue. The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following
the issue of the new Ordinary Shares is 40,694,143.
