13.41 on 9 July 2007 with RNS number 9036Z. The number of share options granted
should have read "625,000" not "650,000" as stated. All other text remains the

                                Grant of Options

On 6 July 2007 Conister Trust plc (the 'Company') granted share options
over 625,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each. The exercise price of the options is
65.0p. The options are exercisable subject to performance criteria being met.

They were granted under the Employee Share Option Scheme 2003.
