Requisition of a general meeting 
 
 
The Company announces that it sent a circular to the Company's shareholders last 
night to convene a general meeting in accordance with the terms of the 
requisitions received from certain shareholders of the Company. The general 
meeting has been convened for 10.00 a.m. on 6 July 2009. The circular 
contains the notice of general meeting and a letter from the directors setting 
out the reasons why they are recommending shareholders vote against all the 
resolutions to be put to shareholders at the general meeting. The circular is 
available from the Company's registered office 7 Devonshire Square, 
Cutlers Gardens, London EC2M 4YH and from the Company's website
