Conival (AIM: CVL) announces that its Chief Executive, Jeremy Schwartz, notified
the Company on 6 February 2006  that he has acquired 730,000 ordinary shares in
the Company at an average price of 4.37p per share.  Following this transaction,
he holds 2,340,000 shares, representing 1.397 per cent. of the Company's issued
ordinary share capital.
