                       Notice of Annual General Meeting

Cyberview Technology, Inc. ("Cyberview" or "the Company"), a leading provider of
downloadable server-based systems to the gaming industry, today announces that
its Annual General Meeting will take place at the Sir Hans Sloane Room, The
Sloane Square, Sloane Square, London, SW1W 8ES, on 28 June 2007, at 11.00am
local time.

A notice convening this meeting, and proxy forms plus the Report and Accounts
for the year ending 31 December 2006 have been sent to shareholders and copies
will be available from the Company's offices at 102 Sydney Street, London SW3
6NJ.

Betting System) a collaboration with bookmakers which offers the ability for
operators to widen their offering for players betting on sporting events in
licensed premises.
