                                Grant of options

Debts.co.uk, the provider of debt management solutions to over indebted
individuals, have yesterday granted 186,915 options to subscribe for ordinary
shares of #0.10 each to Richard Arden. Richard was appointed as finance director
on 18 September 2007. The options were granted under the Company's Enterprise
Management Incentive (EMI) plan and are exerciseable at 53.5p, being the closing
market price on 10 October 2007, at any time after two years from grant with an
expiry date of ten years from grant.
