The Board was informed on 9 October 2008 that Dru Edmonstone, a director of
Dowgate, acquired 750,000 shares in the Company at a price of 7 pence per
share.

Following the above purchase, Mr Edmonstone's beneficial holding in the Company
now amounts to 4,424,333 ordinary shares of 7.5 pence per share, representing
11.2% of the issued share capital.

In conformity with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules, the Company's issued share capital is comprised as follows:
