DHIR INDIA INVESTMENTS PLC 
("Dhir India" or the "Company") 
 
 
Dhir India (AIM: DHIR), the first UK quoted company established to invest in the 
US$50 billion Indian non-performing assets sector, confirms the following 
disclosures pursuant to paragraphs 3.3 and 4.2 of the AIM Note for Investing 
Companies. 
 
 
DISCLOSURES 
 
 
For the purposes of paragraph 3.3 of the AIM Note for Investing Companies, the 
nature of the relationship between the board of directors of the Company and the 
Company's Investment Manager, Shiva Consultants Private Limited, was disclosed 
in the Company's admission document dated 6 July 2007, a copy of which can be 
found on the Company's website (the "Admission Document"). 
 
 
The information required by paragraph 4.2 of the AIM Note for Investing 
Companies was also disclosed in the Admission Document. With regards to the 
management fee arrangements, the Manager has agreed to a reduction of the 
Management Fee from 2 per cent. to 1.5 per cent. per annum of the Company's NAV 
commencing from the second anniversary of Admission up to and including the 
third anniversary of Admission.  It is the Company's policy to notify its NAV 
and other key financial data twice a year (in its half yearly and final 
results).
