RE: EXTENSION OF DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF REDEMPTION FORMS AND TTE 
INSTRUCTIONS TO 31 JULY 2009 
 
Further to the announcement made on 29 June 2009, the Company would like to 
remind Shareholders that, while the deadline for the submission of Redemption 
Forms and TTE Instructions in connection with the Compulsory Redemption outlined 
in Part I of the Circular dated 2 June 2009 has been extended to 3.00 p.m. on 31 
July 2009, the Record Date for participation in the first cash distribution 
remains unchanged at 5.00 p.m. on 30 June 2009. 
Shareholders entitled to participate in the first cash distribution should 
ensure that they return a duly completed Redemption Form by post or by hand 
(during normal business hours only) to Capita Registrars, Corporate Actions 
Department, The Registry, 34 Beckenham Road, Beckenham, Kent BR3 4TU so as to 
arrive no later than 3.00 p.m. on 31 July 2009. 
Copies of the Redemption Form and the Circular dated 2 June 2009 are available
