    DEUXMIL MARINE PLC
    ("Deuxmil" or the "Company")

    RESULT OF GENERAL MEETING

    The Directors of Deuxmil (AIM: DML), the super yacht fuelling and services company, are pleased to announce that all resolutions were
duly passed at today's General Meeting, including:

    *     an ordinary resolution to approve the acquisition of Monaco based super yacht services company, YCO S.A.M;
    *     an ordinary resolution to approve the issue of new ordinary shares to effect the transaction; 
    *     an ordinary resolution to approve the Share Consolidation; and
    *     a special resolution to approve the change of Company name to YCO Deuxmil plc.

    It is anticipated that Admission of the Enlarged Group will become effective and that dealings in the New Ordinary Shares will commence
on AIM on 28 May 2008. It is also anticipated that trading under the new name will become effective on AIM on 28 May 2008.

    Laurence Milton, Chairman of the Company, commented:
    "We are delighted to have concluded this transformational acquisition for the Company. By bringing together these two companies, we have
created what we believe to be the world's largest provider of fuel and services to the global super yacht market, a market that, in our
opinion, is effectively recession-proof due to the burgeoning demand from Russia, the Middle East and China for super yachts."
