Resignation of director

The Company announces the resignation of Mr Steve Taylor as a director with
immediate effect.  Mr Taylor is leaving the Company to pursue other business
interests but will be available to advise when necessary. The board would like
to thank him for his hard work and diligence over the past years.

The South African operations will in future be controlled by Mr Paul de Kock, a
director of the operating subsidiary, Natural Stone Industries Limited.
