DQ Entertainment plc (AIM: DQE), announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held at 2.30 p.m. on Monday, September 22 2014 at 33-37 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1LB.

The notice of AGM along with the annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2014 have been sent to shareholders and electronic copies of the documents can be accessed from the Company's website, www.dqentertainment.com, in accordance with AIM Rule 20.
