    Results of EGM and Cancellation of Admission


    DietBrown announces that at the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting held today all the resolutions were passed. It is expected that
the cancellation of admission of the Company's ordinary shares to trading on AIM will take place on 02 January 2009.
