                               Placing for cash                                

 

The Company has today issued 6,628,434 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p at a price of
1.5p per share, the price at which the shares were placed in connection with
the Company's recent admission to AIM. The shares are being issued to an
individual who has agreed to assist the Company in identifying customers for
its fractional ownership programme.

 

Application has been made for the admission of these shares to trading on AIM
with admission expected to take place on 11 July 2005.
