                    Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

European Business Jets Plc (TIDM: EBJ) announces that the Company has posted a
notice ("Notice") of its AGM to shareholders of the Company to be held at 1
Berkeley Street London W1J 8BL on Friday 18 May 2007 at 4:30pm.

EBJ was formed on 15 December 2004. Company law requires the first AGM to be
held within 18 months of incorporation, and an AGM was duly held on 7 April
2006. The AGM for 2007 is required to be held within 15 months of that date. As
the accounts of EBJ are drawn up to 31 March annually, the 2007 accounts would
need to be drawn up, audited, printed and sent to shareholders by mid June 2007.
As the directors are unsure that this timetable could be met and a shareholder
meeting is required to consider other matters, the 2007 AGM is being convened
now and this will be adjourned to permit the completion and presentation of the
accounts to shareholders.
