    - EURO HIGH INCOME CELL (the "EUHI Cell")
    The Company announces that the net asset value of a Class A Sterling Hedged Euro High Income Preference Share in the EUHI Cell was 70.04
pence.

    The Company announces that the net asset value of a Class B Unhedged Euro High Income Preference Share in the EUHI Cell was 71.58
