                                  Board changes 
 
The Board of Equest Balkan Properties Plc (the "Company") announces that Mr 
Donald Lake has decided to step down from the board with effect from 30 June 
2010.  As at that date, Mr James Ede-Golightly, an existing non-executive 
director, will assume the role of Chairman of the Company. 
 
The Company has also been informed that Mr Robin James has decided not to seek 
re-election at the forthcoming AGM which is scheduled to take place at 10.00 
a.m. on Thursday 24 June 2010 and therefore Resolution 8 will not be proposed.
