NOTICE OF AGM

In accordance with AIM Rule 20, the annual report & consolidated financial statements of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2011 has today been posted to shareholders and can be downloaded from the Company's website at www.europeanconvergencedevelopment.com.

The Company announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of Galileo Fund Services Limited, Millennium House, 46 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1JB on 18 July 2012 at 12.30am. Copies of the notice of AGM and form of proxy are appended to the annual report and accounts.
