The Company announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of Galileo Fund Services Limited, Millennium House, 46 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1JB on 22 July 2013 at 10.00am. Copies of the notice of AGM and form of proxy are appended to the annual report and accounts.
