Enhanced Share Buy-back - Extension of Early Application Incentive Period

The Company is pleased to announce that the closing time and date for the early application incentive under the enhanced share buy-back offer which opened on 19 January 2013 (the "Enhanced Share Buy-back") has been extended.

A successful applicant under the Enhanced Share Buy-back whose completed application is received by the Company by 5.00 pm on Friday 22 February 2013 will receive additional new C Shares to the value of 0.5% of the amount reinvested by the applicant under the Enhanced Share Buy-back (rounded down to the nearest whole number of new C Shares).

A copy of the Company's tender offer document for the Enhanced Share Buy-back is available for download form the Company's website at www.edge.uk.com/edgeperformancevct.
