Edge Performance VCT plc (the "Company")

Reinstatement of Allotment Date

On 8 November 2013, the Company published a prospectus (the "Prospectus") for its offer for subscription for up to 7,500,000 H Shares of 10 pence each in the Company (the "Offer").

On 17 April 2014, the Company announced that the allotment and issue of H Shares under the Offer for the 2014/15 tax year would be postponed until there was certainty that the allotment and issue could be made under all of the terms of the Offer without contravening new rules to be introduced by the Finance Bill 2014.

The Company is pleased to announce that H Shares will be allotted and issued on 6 June 2014, under all of the terms of the Offer as set out in the Prospectus, in respect of all successful applications for the 2014/15 tax year which are received by the Company by 3.00 pm on 6 June 2014.
