Resignation of Director

The Company announces that Frank Presland has resigned from the Company's board of directors ("Board") with effect from 5 February 2016. Frank has decided to retire and is therefore resigning from his directorships and consultancies.

The Board would like to thank Frank for his exemplary service since the Company was launched in 2006 and wishes him well in his retirement.
