Suspension of share capital

Following publication of a circular on 10 February 2012 by The Egypt Trust (the "Company") in connection with recommended proposals for liquidation of the Company, the Board announces that the listing of the Company's ordinary share capital will be suspended at 7.30 a.m. on 24 February 2012.
