Cancellation of listing

Following suspension of the listing of the share capital of The Egypt Trust (the "Company") on 24 February 2012 in connection with the liquidation of the Company, the Company announces that its listing on the Official List will be cancelled at 8.00 a.m. on 23 March 2012.
