    Following the appointment of Jonathan Carr, Nicholas Jeffrey and Garth Milne as
directors of the Company at the Annual General Meeting on 11 December 2007 and
the resignation of Lady Judge on 12 December 2007, the Board is pleased to
announce the appointment of Jonathan Carr as Chairman.

The new Board is commencing a review of the Company's affairs and activities
and will make an announcement in relation to the future of the Company in due
course.
