The Company was informed on 4 August 2006 that on 4 August 2006, by way of
allotment of shares in the Company under the Company's Dividend Reinvestment
Scheme, Rupert Pennant-Rea, Chairman of the Company, has acquired a further 271
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at an allotment price of 99.94p per
share.



Following this acquisition, Mr Pennant-Rea has a total holding of 11,080
ordinary shares in the Company which amounts to 0.05% of the issued ordinary
shares.
