            Offer for subscription of Ordinary Shares ("the Offer")

The Directors of Electra Kingsway VCT 2 are pleased to announce the further
allotment of 3,154,986 ordinary shares of 1 pence each pursuant to the Offer for
Subscription which was announced on 7 October 2004. The Offer Price at which the
Ordinary Shares were issued and allotted was #1.00 per ordinary share.

Dealings in the ordinary shares are expected to commence on Monday 9 May 2005
and definitive documents of title are expected to be dispatched within 7
business days of allotment.

The Offer is expected to remain open until 27 June 2005.
