  Eleksen Appoints Mark Barrett to join Board of Directors as Chief Technology
                                    Officer

Eleksen Group plc, which makes smart fabrics that can be used to control
electronic devices such as smartphones and MP3 players, is delighted to announce
that Mark Barrett has been appointed Chief Technology Officer and has joined the
Company's Board of Directors. The appointment takes immediate effect and he will
be based at the company's UK headquarters.

Mark, 44, brings a wealth of experience in the wireless consumer electronics
market as a producer and developer of successful products and businesses. A
Chartered Engineer he was, from 2001 to 2006, Managing Director and CTO of
SunCorp Applied Research Ltd (previously Mansella Ltd to June 2004), which
created the world's first Bluetooth Cordless Data Phone (CDP).

In 2001 he founded Mansella Ltd, developed the initial concept for the Bluetooth
CDP and obtained funding for its development. He subsequently negotiated the
sale of the business to SunCorp.

From 1998 to 2001, Mark was Engineering Director for VTech Communications which
is one of the world's largest manufacturers of cordless and corded telephones.

consumer electronics sector and his proven ability to develop successful

Mark has no other directorships. Within the last five years he was a director of
SunCorp Applied Research Ltd and Mansella Ltd.
