The Company received notification on 9 July 2007 that Electra Quoted Management
Limited has indirect voting rights over 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny
each in the Company, representing approximately 11.01 per cent. of the voting
capital of the Company. This interest includes the 1,084,286 ordinary shares
held by Electra Kingsway VCT 3 Plc and the 558,571 ordinary shares held by
Electra Kingsway VCT 2 Plc that were notified in the Company's admission
document dated 5 July 2007.
