Pursuant to Rule 5.6.1 of the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Electra
Kingsway VCT 3 Plc notifies the market of the total voting rights of the
Company.



The Company's capital consists of 35,033,198 ordinary shares of one penny each
with voting rights.  Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company
is 35,033,198.  The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.



The figure of 35,033,198 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, Electra Kingsway VCT 3 Plc under
the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
