Total Voting Rights

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1 of the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules,
Emap plc (the "Company") hereby notifies the market that as of 29 February
2008, the total issued share capital of the Company is 217,325,411 ordinary
shares of 30 pence each. Each share carries the right to one vote.

Emap plc does not hold any shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 217,325,411.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, Emap plc under the Disclosure
and Transparency Rules.
