The Company's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2007 were
sent to shareholders today and can be obtained free of charge from the offices
of Nabarro Wells, Saddlers House, Gutter Lane, London, EC2V 6HS. They can also
be accessed on the Company's website www.equablepropertiesplc.co.uk.

The Company's AGM will be held at Lacon House, Theobald's Road, London WC1X 8RW
at 11.00 a.m. on 25 September 2007.
