                                         Equable properties plc ("Equable" or "the Company") 
    Statement re annual accounts and update

    Under the AIM Rules for Companies, Equable is due to publish its annual accounts for the year to 31 March 2008 by 30 September 2008.  On
2 July 2008, the Company announced its intention to make an acquisition that would constitute a reverse takeover and therefore its shares
were suspended from trading at that time.

    The Company is currently working on co-ordinating its Readmission document and the relisting of its shares. The Company announces that
its annual accounts will be released as part of the Readmission process, expected later this year.
