    Equable Properties plc ("Equable" or the "Company")

    Resignation of Director

    The Board of Equable announces the resignation of Peter McCann as an executive Director of the Company, to take effect immediately.

    Peter joined the board on 29 August 2008, in advance of the proposed and previously announced acquisition by Equable of a business owned
by Peter, which would result in him owning some 77 per cent of the enlarged share capital of Equable.

    As work on the proposed acquisition has progressed it has become clear that Peter has a material conflict of interest as a director of
both companies and as a result has not been able to participate fully in the company's affairs. It has therefore been agreed that Peter will
leave the Equable board until such time as the proposed acquisition has completed.
