The dividend declaration announcement released on 29 January 2004 at 14:13 under
RNS number 7892U should have been released for The Equity Partnership Investment
Company PLC and not EPIC Reconstruction PLC. The full announcement appears

The directors of the Company wish to announce that an interim dividend of
2.6154p per income share will be payable to all eligible income shareholders as
at record date 6 February 2004.

The ex dividend date is 4 February 2004, and the dividend will be paid on 25
February 2004.
