Issues of Shares

European  Minerals  Corporation (the "Company") announces that it has issued  1,250,000  common  shares  in
connection with a warrant exercise at �0.40 per common share.

Application  has been made for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected  that  they
will be admitted on 5 December 2007.

Voting Rights and Capital

In  conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company hereby notifies the market  of  the
following:

Following the issue of shares mentioned above, the Company's capital includes 285,306,106 common shares  of
no par value each with voting rights. None of these common shares are held in Treasury.

Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 285,306,106.

The  above  figure  of 285,306,106 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the  calculations  by
which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to the interest in,
the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
