The Company was advised today that Mark Shashoua, the Chief Executive, on 26
March 2007 purchased 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 89 pence
each and on 28 March 2007 purchased a further 5,000 ordinary shares again at 89
pence per share. Following this transaction, Mark Shashoua now has a beneficial
interest in 5,531,696 ordinary shares representing 10.99 per cent. of the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company.
