Correction to the announcement made at 11:51am today, RNS 6249X. The correct
price per share for the transaction on 29 May 2007 for the purchase of 5,000
shares should be 117 pence and not 177 pence as previously stated.

                                  EBT PURCHASE

Expomedia Group plc was advised on 1 June 2007 by the trustees of the Expomedia
Employee Benefit Trust (the potential beneficiaries of the trust being all the
employees of the Expomedia Group including the directors of Expomedia Group plc)
of the acquisition of 5,000 shares on 29 May at a price of 117 pence each and
20,000 shares on 31 May at a price of 116.5 pence each.

The Employee Benefit Trust now has a beneficial interest in 1,796,250 ordinary
shares representing 3.57 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the
Group.
