                              DIRECTOR'S DEALINGS

Expomedia Group plc was advised on 7 June 2007 that Roger Shashoua the Chairman, 
between 5 June 2007 and 7 June 2007 purchased 15,000 ordinary shares in the 
Company, 10,000 ordinary shares at a price of 118 pence each and 5,000 ordinary 
shares at a price of 116.5 pence per share.  Following this transaction, Roger 
Shashoua now has a beneficial interest in 8,015,936 ordinary shares representing 
15.92 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
