    DIRECTORS' DEALINGS


    The Board of Expomedia, the AIM quoted media group with interests in exhibitions, conferences, venue management and related publishing,
was advised on 5 June 2008 that Roger Shashoua, Non Executive Chairman, between 3 June 2008 and 5 June 2008 purchased 30,000 ordinary shares
in the Company, 5,000 ordinary shares at a price of 58 pence each and 15,000 ordinary shares at a price of 57 pence per share and 10,000
ordinary shares at a price of 57 pence per share.  

    Following this transaction, Roger Shashoua now has a beneficial interest in 8,045,936 ordinary shares representing 15.98 per cent. of
the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
