Notice of early redemption

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO HOLDERS OF THE NOTES THAT all outstanding Notes will be redeemed by the Issuer on 22 November 2023 (the "Optional Redemption Date") pursuant to Condition 5(D)(i) (Optional redemption in full or in part) of the Notes. The Notes will be redeemed at their aggregate redemption amount together with any accrued and unpaid interest.

All terms used but not defined herein shall bear the meanings (if any) given to them in the Programme Master Definitions Schedule and the Issuer Master Definitions Schedule.
