    CENTRAL AMERICA EXPANSION CONTINUES



    Second Location Signed for Honduras Market

    The Company is pleased to announce the signing of a second location for development in Honduras. The second location will be located in
the country's capital city,  Tegucigalpa, which is also the country's largest city. The new site will be located at the Mall Multiplaza
which is epicenter of shopping in Tegucigalpa. Construction is expected to begin shortly. The first location in Honduras opened in 2007 and
is situated in City Mall in the country's second largest city, San Pedro Sula. The Company is looking forward to continued development
throughout Central America.  

    The Group had recently announced the signing of an Area Development agreement for Ecuador which will start the expansion into
neighboring South America, as well.
