The following amendments have been made to the 'Transaction in Own Shares' announcement released on 10 October 2023 at 17:15 under RNS No 6884P.

   Number of ordinary shares purchased;   17,708

Following the above transaction, the Company holds 48,601,835 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 513,217,181 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is now 513,217,181. The above figure (513,217,181) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
