Akron, OH, 9 September 2010 - The Company announces that, following the 
announcement of its intended cancellation of trading on AIM on 30 September, it 
has been informed that its Nominated Adviser, Collins Stewart, has resigned 
effective today. Under the AIM Rules for Companies, trading in the Company's 
shares will therefore be suspended.
