Debenture Stock 2008 on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and the
trading of the Debenture Stock on the London Stock Exchange were suspended at
7.30 a.m. this morning, 25 September 2008 to facilitate the repayment of the
Debenture Stock on 30 September 2008.
