Gasol (AIM: GAS), the West African energy development company, announces that it was notified on 24 October 2012 that on 24 October 2012 Alan Buxton, through his Self-Invested Personal Pension, purchased 425,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at 14 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction Alan Buxton has a beneficial interest in 425,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.31% of the Company's issued share capital.
