The Directors of Golf Club Holdings PLC ("GCH" or "the Company")
have noted the recent rise in the share price of GCH which has
been accompanied with comment in the press regarding an
impending transaction to sell the Lambourne Golf Club.

The Directors can confirm that discussions are currently taking
place with a party interested in purchasing the Lambourne Golf
Club.

If binding agreement is reached to sell the Lambourne Golf Club,
further details will be provided in due course.
