GiroVend   has  posted  a  supplementary  prospectus   to
shareholders which is available for inspection  from  the
Company   Announcements  Office  of  the   London   Stock
Exchange.

The  supplementary  prospectus  is  supplemental  to  the
prospectus relating to GiroVend dated 29 February 2000.

The   supplementary   prospectus  describes   that   upon
admission  of  GiroVend's shares to trading  on  AIM  the
position  of Technology Director will be filled by  James
Donald  Laurence  Clyde  who  will  join  GiroVend   upon
completion  of  the  acquisition of  Round  (UK)  Limited
("Round").   Mr Clyde replaces Wayne Grundy  who  was  to
join   the  board  of  GiroVend  as  Technology  Director
following admission.

James  Donald Laurence Clyde, aged 30, who  has  a  first
class  degree in engineering, was a co-founder  of  Round
where  he  directed technical projects in e-commerce  and
customer relationship management for a range of major  UK
and  multinational  companies.  In  anticipation  of  the
completion   of   the  acquisition  of  Round   and   the
integration of Round into the Group, Mr Clyde has already
begun  taking on the responsibilities which  he  will  be
fulfilling as Technology Director.
