                       REDUCTION OF SHARE PREMIUM ACCOUNT



As announced in the AGM statement of 12 March 2008, the Company has sought, and
yesterday obtained, Court approval for a reduction of its Share Premium Account,
allowing the Company, for example, to pay a dividend to shareholders out of
future distributable profits earned.
